Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Unbox the printer
  2. Connect the printer to a power source and turn it on
  3. Fill the ink tanks as per instructions
  4. Load paper into the tray

  1. Unbox the printer
  2. Connect the printer to a power source and turn it on
  3. Fill the ink tanks as per instructions
  4. Load paper into the tray
  5. Connect the printer via USB cable
  6. Download drivers from the bottom of the page
  7. During setup, select USB connection option
  8. Once installed, open Devices and Printers in Windows to confirm the printer is listed.
  9. Print a test page to confirm normal operation
