Unbox and Prepare the Printer
- Unbox the Canon G2520 and remove all protective packaging.
- Plug in the power cable and turn on the printer.
- Fill the ink tanks with the supplied ink and load paper into the tray.
Install Printer Drivers

- Download the latest Windows drivers and run the setup file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Connect via USB
The Canon G2520 does not support wireless connectivity, so you must connect via USB:
- Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your PC.
- Windows will automatically detect and install the printer.
Add Printer to Windows
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer or Scanner, then select Canon G2520.
- Click Add Device to complete the setup.
