Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

Canon MegaTank G1530 setup on Windows

  1. Remove the printer from the box, connect the power cord, and switch it on.
  2. Insert paper into the rear input tray.
  3. Open the ink tank cover and fill the ink tanks using the included bottles. Ensure the ink levels are visible.
  4. Download drivers from the bottom of the page
  5. Plug the printer into your computer using the provided USB cable.
  6. Run the downloaded setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer software.
  7. In Windows, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and click “Set as Default.”
  8.  Print a test page to confirm the setup is complete.
