1. Take all the accessories and the printer itself from the box.
2. Remove all the packaging materials. 
3. Remove the protective tapes. 

1. Press on the power button to turn the printer on.
2. Unpack the ink cartridges and install them.
3. Load the paper.

Setting up Canon MAXIFY MB2160 – Windows (Wifi):

1. Prepare the printer:

Using the arrow keys go to the LAN settings.

Tap wireless LAN setup.

Choose standard setup.

Your printer will start searching for available networks.

Select your home/office network.

Enter the password.

Your printer is connected.

1. Download the Drivers:

Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.

Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.

1. Print the Test page:

Print a test page to confirm the setup.

USB Setup (Wired Setup):

1. Download the Drivers:

Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.

Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.

1. Connect the USB Cable to your printer:

Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.

Go to the settings of your PC.

Search for bluetooth and devices.

Click on Printers and Scanners.

From the available printers list select your Canon MAXIFY MB2160.

1. Print the Test page:

Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon MAXIFY MB2160 – Mac (Wifi):

1. Download Drivers:

Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.

Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.

Now click on Printer and Scanners.

The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon MAXIFY MB2160.

Setting up Canon MAXIFY MB2160 – IOS:

1. Connect to the Wifi:

Turn on your Canon MAXIFY MB2160.

Make sure your Iphone/Ipad is connected to the secure internet connection.

Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.

1. Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:

Go to the app store.

Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.

Download and install the app.

1. Add printer:

Go to the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.

Now follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.

App will search for the available printers, Select your Canon MAXIFY MB2160 from the available list.

Click on Add printer.

1.  Print the Test page:

Setting up Canon MAXIFY MB2160 – Android:

1. Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App: 

Download the app from the play store.

1. Add the printer on the app:

Click on the add icon on the phone.

Now click on the register printer.

Select your Canon MAXIFY MB2160.

Now the printer is installed on your phone.

1. Print the Test page:
