Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
  2. Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
  3. Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
  4. Install the ink cartridges
  5. Load paper into the paper tray

  1. Download the Printer Driver:
    • Select Your Model 
    • Choose Drivers: Navigate to the Drivers or Software & Drivers tab.
    • Download Driver: Download the recommended driver package.
    • Install the Printer Driver 
    • Run the Installer: Locate the downloaded file and run it.
    • The installer will guide you through the setup process
    • Select Connection Method: The installer will ask how the printer is connected. Select Network Connection or USB Connection as appropriate.
  2. Add the Printer:
    • For a network connection, the installer will search for the printer on your network. Once found, select it from the list.
    • Alternatively, you can manually add the printer via Windows settings:
    • Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
    • Click Add a printer and select The printer that I want isn’t listed if the printer doesn’t appear automatically.
    • Complete Installation 
    • Test the Printer: Once the installation is complete, you can perform a test print from any application to ensure the printer is working correctly.
