Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Carefully remove the Canon TS7430 from its packaging, ensuring all protective materials are discarded.
  2. Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges into their respective slots until they click into place.
  3. Adjust the paper guides in the input tray and load your preferred media size, ensuring it fits snugly against the guides.
  4. Connect the power cord to an outlet and press the power button to turn on the printer.

Driver Installation

  1. Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
  2. Run the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

Connection Setup

  • Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
    1. On the printer, go to Menu > Settings > Wireless LAN Setup.
    2. Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
    3. During driver installation, select Wireless Connection.
  • USB Connection:
    1. Connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable.
    2. The system should detect the printer and automatically complete the setup.
