On the printer's control panel, open the network settings menu and connect it to your Wi-Fi network — most current models offer a setup wizard that lists nearby networks
Go to bottom of the page to download the drivers.
Download the recommended driver and software bundle for your version of Windows
Run the installer and accept the licence agreement
Choose Wireless Connection when prompted and let the installer search for your printer on the network
Let the installer finish and register the printer
Install the scanner utility as well if your imageCLASS Series printer supports scanning
Print a test page: Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > [your imageCLASS Series printer] > Printer properties > Print Test Page

Cannot Find Machine on Check Printer Settings Screen:
Solutions:
Check the Printer Settings screen appears after searching the printer by Automatic search on the Search for Printers screen, click Redetect and search for the printer again by the IP address on the Search for Printers screen.
Paper Jam:
Solutions:
Turn off the printer, Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer.
Check for torn paper pieces and Restart the printer.
Poor Print Quality (Faded, Streaks, Missing Colors):
Solution:
Check ink levels and replace cartridges if needed. Run Print Head Cleaning. Press Setup >Maintenance>Cleaning, Perform Print Head Alignment via the same menu. Ensure you’re using compatible paper
