Setting Up Guide for Windows:

1. Download Drivers and Software:
   • Locate the drivers and software for the LBP361 dw printer. 
   • Download the files, ensuring they are compatible with your Windows version. 
2. Prepare for Setup:
   • If using a CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, insert it into your computer’s drive. 
   • Make sure your computer is connected to your network (if setting up a network connection). 
3. Run the Setup File:
   • Double-click the downloaded setup file (usually an executable file like Setup.exe). 
   • Selecting your language and region. 
   • Choosing a connection method (USB or network). 
4. Connect the Printer:
   • If using a USB connection, connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable. 
   • If using a network connection, ensure the printer is connected to your network 
5. Complete Installation:
   • The setup process will guide you through the rest of the installation, including installing the printer driver and other necessary software. 

Setting up Guide for MAC:

1. Download Drivers and Software:
   • Download the appropriate drivers and software for your Mac OS version. 
2. Install the Software:
   • Install the downloaded software. 
3. Connect the Printer (if needed):
   • If connecting via USB, ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your Mac with a USB cable. 
   • If connecting to a wireless network, ensure your Mac is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer. 
4. Add the Printer in Mac System Settings:
   • Open System Settings and click on “Printers & Scanners”. 
   • Add a printer. 
   • Select your printer from the list and click “Add”. 
5. Configure Wireless Settings (if applicable):
   • If you are connecting wirelessly, you may need to configure the printer’s wireless settings through the printer’s control panel or the Canon printer software. 
6. Test Printing:
   • Open a document or application and display the print dialog box. 

Setting up Guide for IOS:

1. Using AirPrint:
   • Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device. 
   • On your iOS device, navigate to the document or photo you want to print. 
   • Tap the share icon (usually a square with an arrow) and select “Print.” 
   • Adjust the print settings as needed 
   • Tap “Print” to send the job to the printer. 
2. Download and install the app from the App Store.
   • Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer. 
   • Use the app’s discovery feature to locate it. 
   • Once the printer is added, you can select it from within the app to print.

Setting up Guide for Android:

1. Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi:
   • Confirm Connection: The printer should display a “Connected” message once the connection is established. 
2. Install Canon Print Business App:
   • Download the Canon Print Business app from the Google Play Store on your Android device. 
3. Add the Printer:
   • Open the Canon Print app.
   • Tap the plus button to add a printer.
   • The app should automatically detect the printer. If not, you can manually search for it using the Wi-Fi network.
   • Select your printer from the list and add it. 
4. Start Printing:
   • You can now select the LBP361 dw printer from the app when printing from your Android device.

Setting up Guide for Chromebook:

1. Connect to the same Wi-Fi network:
   • Make sure both your LBP361dw  printer and your Chromebook are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 
2. Add the printer to your Chromebook:
   • Open your Chromebook’s settings (click the clock in the bottom right, then the gear icon).
   • Go to “Device” and then “Printers”.
   • Click “Add Printer” or “Add”.
   • Your Chromebook will search for available printers. Select your LBP 361i  from the list.
3. Save your printer (optional but recommended):
   • When you select your printer, your Chromebook will perform a compatibility check. If successful, you can save it to your Chromebook profile, which will make it your default printer.
   • To save the printer, go to “Settings” > “Device” > “Printers and scanners”.
   • Select your printer and choose to save it.
