Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Unbox and Prepare the Printer
  2. Remove all packaging materials and protective tapes.
  3. Install the print heads and fill all 6 ink tanks with the provided ink bottles.
  4. Power on the printer and complete the initial setup (language, ink charging, and alignment).

  • Check the power:
    • Check the printer plug and the wall outlet both are securely connected
  • Check the cartridges:
    • Make sure the ink cartridges are placed correctly. There should be enough ink and cartridges should be compatible with the model of the printer
  • Check paper:
    • If the papers are not arranged correctly, take out the paper tray and straighten them up. There should be no jams in the printer
  • Check WiFi connection:
    • Ensure your printer and device are connected to the same network
    • Make sure that the Wi-Fi connection is stable
  • Reset the printer:
