The Canon Pixma G3080 is a wireless, all-in-one (print, scan, and copy) inkjet printer designed for high-volume printing at a low running cost. It is an integrated, refillable ink tank system, with built-in tanks that are easily visible on the front of the printer.

Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
  2. Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
  3. Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
  4. Install the ink cartridges
  5. Load paper into the paper tray

Canon G3080 setup on Windows

  1. Select “G3080” as your printer model. 
  2. Download the Setup File:
    • In the Product Setup section, click “Download” to get the setup file for your Windows operating system.
  3. Run the Setup:
    • Locate the downloaded file and double-click it to start the installation process.
  4. The setup guide will launch. Connect your Canon G3080 printer to your Windows PC using, USB cable when prompted by the setup guide.
  5. Install Drivers and Software:
    • The setup process will guide you through installing the necessary printer drivers and any additional software for your G3080.
  6. Complete Setup:
    • Finalize the printer setup and software installation on your Windows computer.
