Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Remove packaging materials.
  2. Plug in the printer, and turn it on.
  3. Open the panel and install the cartridges.
  4. Load preferred paper into the tray.

Canon MegaTank G2030 setup on Windows

  1. Download drivers and software package from the bottom of the page
  2. Plug the USB cable from the printer into your computer. Windows should detect the printer.
  3. Launch the driver installation file and follow on-screen prompts to complete setup.
  4. Once installed, print a test page to verify successful setup and ink flow.
