Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

Carefully remove the Canon TS5030S from its packaging and discard any protective materials.
Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges into their designated slots until they click securely in place.
Adjust the paper tray for the appropriate paper size and load paper into the tray.
Plug the printer into an electrical outlet and press the power button to turn it on.

Setting Up Canon TS5030S on Windows

Step 1: Download and Install Printer Drivers

Step 2: Connect the Printer to Windows

USB Connection: Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your Windows PC.
Wi-Fi Connection:
1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the power light blinks.
2. Follow the setup wizard on your computer to complete the wireless connection.

Step 3: Add the Printer to Windows

Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select Canon TS5030S.
Click Add Device to complete the setup.
