Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Take the printer out of the box.
  2. Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
  3. Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
  4. Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
  5. Install the toner cartridges.
  6. Load paper into the paper trays.

  1. Driver Installation:
    • Driver Download links are in the bottom of the page.
    • Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts.
  2. Connection Setup:
    • Use the printer’s touchscreen to connect to your Wi-Fi network or connect via USB.
    • Ensure the printer and your computer are on the same network.
  3. Using the Printer:
    • For printing, select File > Print in your application and choose the TS8352.
    • For scanning, use Canon IJ Scan Utility or Windows Fax and Scan.
