Setting it up on Windows

1. Download drivers from the bottom of the page
2. Open the downloaded file and follow onscreen instructions
3. Choose connection method: USB or Wireless
4. Select wireless LAN connection and follow prompts
5. Press and hold the WiFi button until it flashes
6. Complete setup using the printer list shown on your screen
7. Allow Windows to complete installation
8. Print a test page to confirm normal operation

Setting it up on Mac

1. Download drivers from the bottom of the page
2. Open the downloaded installer and follow on screen prompts
3. Choose connection method: USB or Wireless
4. USB: Connect the cable to the printer
5. Wireless: Select Wireless LAN Connection during setup.
6. Press and hold the printer’s Wi-Fi button until the light flashes
7. Connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network using Canon’s setup utility
8. Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
9. Click +, select the iX6800 from the list, and click add.
10. Print a test page to ensure normal operation

Setting it up on iOS

1. Press and hold WiFi button until it flashes
2. Press the WPS button on your router to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.
3. Ensure your iOS device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
4. Download and install Canon Print app from the App Store
5. Open the Canon Print app
6. Tap Add Printer > Register Printer > Connect via Network.
7.  Select iX6800 from the list of detected printers.
8. Open a document
9. Tap share icon, then select Print
10. Choose the iX6800 and tap Print

Setting it up on Android

1. Press and hold WiFi button until it flashes
2. Press the WPS button on your router to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.
3. Open Google Play Store on the Android device
4. Download and install Canon Print app
5. Launch the Canon print app
6. Tap Add Printer > Register Printer > Connect via Network.
7. Select iX6800 from the list of available printers.
8.  Follow any additional on-screen prompts to complete configuration.
9. Ensure your Android device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
10. Open a document or photo and select Print.
11. Choose the Canon iX6800 and adjust settings as needed.

Setting it up on Chromebook

1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the light starts flashing.
2. Press the WPS button on your router within 2 minutes to connect the printer to your network.
3. Ensure your Chromebook is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
4. Click the time in the lower-right corner of your screen.
5. Go to Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers.
6. Click Add Printer, then select your Canon iX6800 from the list.
7. Click Add to complete the setup.
8. Print a test page to confirm normal operation
