Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  • Take the printer out of the box.
  • Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
  • Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
  • Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
  • Install the toner cartridges.
  • Load paper into the paper trays.

Canon TS7330 setup on Windows

Setup for Windows

  1. Driver Installation:
    • Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
    • Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
  2. Connection Setup:
    • Wireless Setup:
      • On the printer’s control panel, navigate to Settings > Wi-Fi Setup > Wireless LAN Setup.
      • Follow the prompts to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
    • USB Setup:
      • Connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable for a wired connection.
  3. Using the Printer:
    • Printing: Open a document, click File > Print, and select the TS7330.
    • Scanning: Use the Canon IJ Scan Utility or Windows Fax and Scan.
