Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

Take the printer out of the box.
Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
Install the toner cartridges.
Load paper into the paper trays.

Setting Up Canon TS5353 on Windows

Step 1: Install Printer Drivers

Search for “Canon TS5353” and download the appropriate drivers for your version of Windows.
Open the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions.

Step 2: Connect via USB or Wi-Fi

USB connection: Plug the USB cable into both your computer and printer.
Wi-Fi connection: Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer, select your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password when prompted.

Step 3: Add Printer to Windows
