Setting Up Canon TS304 on Windows

Step 1: Install Printer Drivers

1. Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
2. Download the latest Windows drivers and install them.

Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB

• USB connection: Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
• Wi-Fi connection:
  1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
  2. Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: Add Printer to Windows

1. Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
2. Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select Canon TS304.
3. Click Add Device to complete the setup.

Your Canon TS304 is now ready for printing on Windows!

Setting Up Canon TS304 on Mac

Step 1: Install Printer Drivers

1. Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
2. Install the drivers and restart your Mac if prompted.

Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB

• USB connection: Plug the printer directly into your Mac using a USB cable.
• Wi-Fi connection:
  1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
  2. Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect to your wireless network.

Step 3: Add Printer to Mac

1. Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
2. Click the + button to add a printer.
3. Select Canon TS304 from the list and click Add.

Your Mac is now set up for wireless printing!

Setting Up Canon TS304 on iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Step 1: Ensure Printer is Connected to Wi-Fi

Make sure your Canon TS304 and iPhone/iPad are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Step 2: Print Using Air Print

1. Open the document or photo you want to print.
2. Tap the Share button and select Print.
3. Choose Canon TS304 from the available printers.
4. Tap Print.

Your iOS device is now set up for wireless printing!

Setting Up Canon TS304 on Android

Step 1: Install Canon PRINT App

1. Open the Google Play Store and search for Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY.
2. Download and install the app.

Step 2: Connect to the Printer

1. Open the Canon PRINT app.
2. Select Canon TS304 from the list of available printers.
3. Ensure your printer and phone are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: Print from Android

1. Choose the document or image you want to print.
2. Tap Print.

Your Android device is now set up for wireless printing!

Setting Up Canon TS304 on ChromeOS

Step 1: Add Printer to Chromebook

1. Open Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers.
2. Click Add Printer and select Canon TS304 from the available printers.

Step 2: Print from Chromebook

1. Open the document or webpage you want to print.
2. Press Ctrl + P to open the print menu.
3. Select Canon TS304 and click Print.

Your Canon TS304 is now ready for printing on ChromeOS!
