Canon TR4755i is a compact multifunctional printer with copy, scan and fax capabilities. It is ideal for home use. It simplify scanning and printing to and from cloud storage with PIXMA Cloud Link via the Canon PRINT app. Canon PIXMA TR4755i supports wireless connectivity.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

Take the printer out of the box.
Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
Install the toner cartridges.
Load paper into the paper trays.

Troubleshooting Steps

Printer not connecting to wi-fi:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Solutions:
  - Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
  - Place the printer close to the router
  - Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
  - Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
  - Restart the router and printer
  - Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Solutions:
  - Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
  - Restart your printer and device
  - Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
  - For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
  - On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver
Paper Jam:
- Solutions:
  - Turn off the printer
  - Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer
  - Check for torn paper pieces
  - Restart the printer
Poor Print Quality (Faded, Streaks, Missing Colors):
- Solution:
  - Check ink levels and replace cartridges if needed
  - Run Print Head Cleaning:
  - Press Setup >Maintenance>Cleaning
  - Perform Print Head Alignment via the same menu
  - Ensure you’re using compatible paper

This usually happens when the WiFi settings that you are trying to connect to are either wrong or the WiFi is not working. It can Also happen if the WiFi signal Strength is not good.

You should first download the Recommended Drivers for you Canon Printer on your Windows or Mac computer, Then you should check the printer, make sure the ink and the cartridges are installed properly and the printer is connected to the Power and turned on.
