Setting up Guide for Windows:

1.Install the drivers and software:

2. Download the necessary drivers and software for your Windows version.
3. Install the software, selecting your country/region and accepting the license agreement.

2. Connect the printer:

1. Connect the printer to your computer using the USB cable.
2. The installation process should prompt you to connect the printer and may automatically detect it.

3. Choosing your connection type (USB).

1. Performing a test print to ensure the printer is working correctly.

4. Verify the setup:

1. After completing the setup, you can print a test page to confirm that the printer is properly installed and functioning.

Setting up Guide for MAC:

1. Download Drivers:

1. Download the appropriate printer and scanner drivers for your macOS version.
2. Specifically, download the “MX925  series CUPS Printer Driver” and the “MX925 series Scanner Driver”.

2. Connect the Printer:.

1. Connect the printer to your Mac using the USB cable.

3. Add the Printer in System Settings:

1. Click on the Apple menu and select “System Settings”.
2. Click on “Printers & Scanners” in the sidebar.
3. If your printer is already listed, select it. If not, click the “Add Printers, Scanners, or Fax” button.
4. Your printer should be listed. Select it and click “Add”.

4. Install Drivers:

1. install the printer and scanner drivers.
2. The system may automatically download and install the drivers, or you may need to locate and select the downloaded driver files.

5. Test Printing:

1. Once the printer is added and the drivers are installed, you can test the connection by printing a test page.

Setting up Guide for Android:

1. Install Canon Print Service:

1. On your Android device, go to the Google Play Store and search for “Canon Print Service”.
2. Download and install the app.
3. After installation, enable the Canon Print Service.

2. Connect Printer and Device to the Same Network:

1. Ensure your Canon PIXMA MX925 is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
2. Verify that your Android device is also connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

3. Register the Printer:

1. Open the Canon Print Service app.
2. The app should automatically detect and register your printer.
3. If prompted, tap on your printer to register it.

4. Print from Your Android Device:

1. Open the document or image you wish to print.
2. Tap the “Share” or “Print” option (often found in the three-dot menu).
3. Select your Canon printer from the list of available printers.
4. Adjust print settings (if needed) and tap “Print”.

Setting up Guide for Chromebook:

1.  Access Chromebook Settings:

1. On your Chromebook, click the time in the bottom right corner to open the system tray.
2. Select “Settings”.
3. Click on “Advanced” at the bottom of the settings page.
4. Under “Printing,” select “Printers”.

      2.    Add the Printer:

1. Click “Add printer”.
2. You’ll need to enter the printer’s information.
3. Click “Add”.

      3.   Printing:

1. Once the printer is added, you should be able to select it when printing from your Chromebook.

     4. Scanning:

1. If you also want to scan, you’ll need to use the Canon PRINT app or other compatible scanning software on your Chromebook, according to Canon.
