Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Take the printer out of the box.
  2. Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
  3. Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
  4. Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
  5. Install the toner cartridges.
  6. Load paper into the paper trays.

Driver Installation

  1. Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
  2. Download the latest driver compatible with your version of Windows.
  3. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

Connection Setup

  • Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
    1. Press the Setup button on the printer.
    2. Navigate to Wireless LAN Setup and select Easy Setup.
    3. Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
    4. During driver installation, select Wireless Connection.
  • USB Connection:
    1. Connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable.
    2. The system will automatically detect and install the printer.
