Setting up Guide for Windows:

1. Download Drivers and Software:

   • When prompted, connect the Canon MG2455 to your computer with a USB cable and turn on the printer.
4. Continue to follow the instructions in the installer to complete the software and driver installation.
5. Test the Printer:
   • A test print may be performed to ensure the printer is working correctly.
6. Finish Installation:
   • Once the installation is complete, you can click “Exit” to finish.

Setting up Guide for MAC:

1. Download the Software:
   • Select the Canon MG2455 printer and your Mac operating system.
   • Click on “Download” to get the setup file for the drivers and software.
2. Run the Installer:
   • Locate the downloaded file (usually a .dmg file) and double-click it to open it.
   • Find and double-click the “Setup” or “Master Setup” icon to launch the installer.
3. Follow Installation Prompts:
   • Enter your Mac administrator username and password when prompted.
   • When the “Printer Connection” screen appears, connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable, and then turn on the printer.

   • Load some plain paper into the printer and perform the test print to verify the printer’s operation.
   • Click “Exit” to finish the setup.

Setting up Guide for Android:

1. Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi:
   • Turn on your Canon MG2455 printer.
   • Navigate to the setup menu on the printer and select Wireless LAN setup.
   • Choose your wireless access point (Wi-Fi network) from the list and enter your Wi-Fi password.
   • Wait for the blue wireless light on the printer to become solid, indicating it’s connected.
2. Download the Canon Print App:
   • On your Android device, open the Google Play Store.
   • Search for and install the Canon Print Inkjet/SELPHY app.
3. Register Your Printer with the App:
   • Open the Canon Print Inkjet/SELPHY app on your Android device.
   • Tap the “Add printer” or “Register printer” button.
   • Make sure your Android device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer.
   • The app will search for compatible printers. Select your Canon MG2455 from the list.
   • Tap “OK” to complete the printer registration.
4. Print from Your Android Device:
   • Open the document or photo you want to print on your Android device.
   • Tap the print option, often found in the three-dots menu or share/export menu.
   • Select your registered Canon MG2455 from the available printers.
   • Adjust print settings (e.g., page range, color) and tap Print.

Setting up Guide for Chromebook:

1. Connect to the network:
   • Ensure your Canon printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that your Chromebook is using.
2. Open Chromebook settings:
   • On your Chromebook, click the time in the bottom-right corner, then click the Settings gear icon.
3. Navigate to Print and Scan:
   • In the Settings menu, click Advanced, then select Print and Scan.
4. Find your printer:
   • In the Print and Scan section, click Printers.
5. Add the printer:
   • You should see your Canon MG2455 listed as an available printer. Click the Setup button next to it.
6. Complete the setup:
   • Follow any on-screen instructions to finalize the process and add the printer to your Chromebook.
