Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Take the printer out of the box.
  2. Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
  3. Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
  4. Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
  5. Install the toner cartridges.
  6. Load paper into the paper trays.

  1. Power ON the Printer:

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check the power:
    Check the printer plug and the wall outlet both are securely connected.
  2. Check the cartridges:
    Make sure the ink cartridges are placed correctly. Also, ensure that there is enough ink.
  3. Check paper:
    If the papers are not arranged correctly, take them out of the paper tray and straighten them up. Make sure that the paper tray is not jammed. You can now shut off the paper tray.
  4. Check Wi-Fi Connection:
    Ensure that your printer and device are connected to the same network.
    Make sure that the WIFI connection is stable.
  5. Update the Driver:
    Outdated drivers may cause problems.
    Check for the latest driver updates for your printer model.
    Download and install the updated driver.
