C-1 - Wireless LAN is disabled on the printer
This means that the Wi-Fi or Wireless LAN Connection on the your Canon Printer is Disabled or disconnected. Please check your printers Wi-Fi Connection.
Re-connect the printer to the Wi-Fi network. The Printer and the Device you are trying to connect you Printer with should be on the same Wi-Fi network.
