Unboxing & Initial Setup

Carefully unpack the Canon TS6420a and remove any protective packaging and tape.
Open the front cover, insert the ink cartridges into their corresponding slots until they click securely in place.
Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray and load the appropriate paper size (e.g., A4, letter).
Plug the printer into a power outlet and press the power button to turn it on.
