Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Power cable and a nearby electrical outlet

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

Carefully remove the Canon TS5022 from its packaging and take off all protective materials.
Open the front cover and install the ink cartridges into their designated slots until you hear a click.
Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray and load your desired paper size (such as A4 or letter).
Connect the printer to a power source and press the power button to turn it on.

Setting Up Canon TS5022 on Windows

Step 1: Download and Install Printer Drivers

Download the latest Windows drivers and run the installation file.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 2: Connect the Printer to Windows

USB Connection: Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your Windows PC.
Wi-Fi Connection:
1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the power light blinks.
2. Follow the setup wizard on your computer to complete the wireless connection.

Step 3: Add the Printer to Windows

Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select Canon TS5022.
Click Add Device to complete the setup.
