Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Carefully remove the Canon PIXMA TS702 from the box. Take out all protective packaging and tapes.
  2. Open the front panel, install the ink cartridges, following the labeled guides to ensure they are placed correctly.
  3. Adjust the paper guides and load your preferred paper (e.g., letter, A4) into the input tray.
  4. Plug in the printer, press the power button, and allow the printer to initialize.

Driver Installation

  2. Download the driver that matches your version of Windows.
  3. Run the installer and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Connection Setup

  • Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
    1. On the printer, go to Menu > Settings > LAN Settings > Wireless LAN Setup.
    2. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
    3. During driver installation, select Wireless Connection to finalize the setup.
  • USB Connection:
    1. Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
    2. Windows should detect the printer and install the necessary drivers automatically.
