Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Power cable and a nearby electrical outlet
Ink or toner cartridges (included or purchased separately for Printers only)
Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password (For Wireless Printers)
Computer(Mac, Windows, Linux), Tablet (iPad, Android), or Smartphone (Android, iOS) for setup
Printer placed within range of your Wi-Fi router
USB cable

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

Remove the Canon PIXMA TS5320 from its packaging and take off all protective materials and tapes.
Open the front cover to access the cartridge compartment. Insert the ink cartridges into the corresponding slots based on the color-coded instructions.
Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray and load your preferred paper size (e.g., letter, A4).
Connect the power cord and press the power button to turn on the printer. Wait for it to initialize.

Setting Up Canon TS5320 on Windows

Step 1: Install Printer Drivers

Download the latest Windows drivers and run the setup file.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB

USB connection: Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
Wi-Fi connection:
1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
2. Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: Add Printer to Windows

Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select Canon TS5320.
Click Add Device to complete the setup.

Your Canon TS5320 is now ready for printing on Windows!

What should I do if my printer driver installation fails?

If the Driver installation fails, you will need to check the Operating system properly. Sometimes the 32 Bit OS does not support the 64 Bit OS Driver. Though the Operating system is detected by the Canon website automatically, you will still need to be sure.

Why is my printer showing offline or failing to connect to Wi-Fi?

This usually happens when the WiFi settings that you are trying to connect to are either wrong or the WiFi is not working. It can Also happen if the WiFi signal Strength is not good.

Which operating systems (Windows, macOS, Mobile) are supported?

It depends on the printer model, Some Canon printer models are not compatible with some operating systems like iOS, Android, and Chromebook because they do not support Wireless functionality. You can check the compatibility on the right side of this page or on the official Canon Website.
