Requirements & Prerequisite
Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.
Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully remove the Canon PIXMA TR4527 from the packaging. Remove all the protective tape and packing materials.
- Open the front cover to access the ink cartridge holders. Insert the provided black and color ink cartridges, ensuring they click into place.
- Open the rear paper tray and adjust the paper guides. Load the paper (either plain or photo paper), making sure it’s aligned properly.
- Connect the power cord and press the power button to turn on the printer.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer Not Detected (Wi-Fi Issues)
Solutions:
• Ensure the printer is powered ON
• Confirm the Wi-Fi indicator on the printer is solid (not blinking)
• Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
• Go to Menu > WLAN Setup > Easy Wireless Connect
• Ensure your computer/phone is on the same Wi-Fi network
• Restart your router, printer, and devices - Printing Blank Pages
Solutions:
• Check ink levels (replace if low or empty)
• Run print head cleaning:
• Use Canon IJ Utility on your computer
• On the printer: Menu > Maintenance > Cleaning
• Ensure paper is loaded correctly - Paper Jam
Solutions:
• Turn off the printer
• Open the rear cover or front tray
• Carefully remove any jammed paper
• Reload paper properly - Poor Print Quality (Blurry or Faded Prints)
