The Canon MAXIFY GX4080 is a multifunction inkjet printer designed for small to medium-sized businesses, offering printing, copying, scanning, and faxing capabilities.

  • High-Yield Ink Bottles: The GX4080 utilizes a 4-color pigment-based ink system, delivering up to 6,000 black-and-white pages and 14,000 color pages per set of ink bottles. In economy mode, yields can reach up to 9,000 black-and-white pages and 21,000 color pages, significantly reducing printing costs.
  • Fast Printing Speeds: Achieve print speeds of up to 18 images per minute (ipm) for black-and-white documents and 13 ipm for color documents, enhancing productivity in busy office environments.
  • Versatile Paper Handling: The printer supports various media types and sizes, including envelopes, labels, and photo paper. It features a 350-sheet paper capacity, comprising a 250 sheet front cassette and a 100 sheet rear tray, minimizing the need for frequent paper refills.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

  1. Take the printer out of the box.
  2. Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
  3. Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
  4. Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
  5. Install the toner cartridges.
  6. Load paper into the paper trays.
