1. Turn on the Canon PIXMA G7020.
2. Open Wi-Fi Settings, LAN Settings, or Wireless LAN Setup on the printer.
3. Select the option to connect the printer to a wireless network.
4. Select your Wi-Fi network (SSID).
5. Enter the Wi-Fi password.
6. Confirm the wireless settings.
7. Wait for the printer to connect to the network.
8. Connect your Windows computer to the same Wi-Fi network.
9. Download and open the appropriate Canon setup software.
10. Select Wireless LAN Connection or the corresponding wireless option.
11. Allow the setup program to search for the printer.
12. Select the PIXMA G7020.
13. Complete the installation.
14. Print a test page.

Setting up Guide for Windows:

1. Download and Install the Software
   • Download Drivers and Software
   • Click Setup > Enter G7020>Click Start
   • Select your Windows version (it usually detects automatically)
   • Download the Full Driver & Software Package
2. Connecting the Printer to Wi-Fi
   • During software installation:
     • Choose Wireless LAN Connection
     • If the printer isn’t connected, press Home > Wi-Fi icon > LAN Settings >Wireless LAN Setup
     • Select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password
3. Completing Installation on Windows
   • Run the downloaded setup file
   • Follow instructions for detecting the printer
   • Choose the connection method (Wi-Fi or USB)
   • Complete the driver installation
   • Print a test page to confirm setup

Setting up Guide for MAC:

1. Download Driver & Software
   • Download the drivers from the link below.
   • Enter your model: G7020
   • Select your macOS version, then download the Full Driver & Software Package.
2. Wireless Setup (Recommended)
   • Using Canon’s Setup Assistant
     • Open the downloaded.
     • Choose Wireless LAN Connection when prompted
     • Follow the steps to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi
3. Manual Wi-Fi Setup (Without Software)
   • On the printer screen:
     • Tap Setup > Wi-Fi Setup
     • Choose Easy Wireless Connect, press Yes
     • On your Mac, connect to the printer’s temporary Wi-Fi.

1. USB Setup (If You Prefer)
   • Connect G7020 to Mac via USB cable
   • Run the downloaded setup
2. Add Printer to Mac
   • Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners
   • Add scanner and fax
   • Select your printer:
   • For Wi-Fi setup: Should appear as G7020 series – Secure Air Print
   • For USB setup: G7020 will appear automatically
   • Click Add
3. Install IJ Scan Utility (For Scanning)
   • Included in the Canon software package
   • Find it under: Applications >Canon Utilities >IJ Scan Utility
   • Allows scanning to PDF, images, etc.

Setting up Guide for Chromebook:

1. Connect G7020 to Wi-Fi (If Not Done)
   • On the Printer:
     • Tap the Setup icon
     • Select Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless Connect >Press Yes
     • Wait for the screen to show “Processing” ready for connection
   • Add Printer to Chromebook
     • On your Chromebook:
     • Click the Clock (bottom-right) Settings
     • Scroll to Advanced > Printing >Printers
     • Click Add Printer
2. Print a Test Page
   • Open a document, photo, or webpage
   • Use Ctrl + P >Select your G7020 printer
   • Print

1. Turn on the Canon PIXMA G7020.
2. Connect the printer to your Chromebook using a USB cable.
3. Open ChromeOS Settings.
4. Select Print and scan.
5. Select Printers.
6. Look for the PIXMA [Model].
7. Select Add printer or Set up.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions.
9. Open the document or image you want to print.
10. Select Print.
11. Choose the Canon PIXMA G7020.
12. Send a test print.

Setting up Guide for IOS:

1. Install Canon PRINT App
   • Open the App Store
   • Search: Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY
   • Download and install the app
2. Connect Printer to Wi-Fi
   • Easy Wireless Connect (Recommended)
     • On the printer screen:
     • Tap Setup > Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect → Yes
     • Printer shows “Processing” ready for connection
3. Connect via Canon PRINT App
   • Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app
   • Tap Add Printer >Register Printer > Connect via Wireless Router
   • Follow the instructions:
   • Select your Wi-Fi
   • Enter Wi-Fi password Printer connects > app detects it automatically
4. Print with AirPrint (No App Needed)
   • Once the printer is on the same Wi-Fi:
     • Open any app (Photos, Safari, Mail, etc.)
     • Tap the Share icon > Select Print
     • Choose Canon G7020 series from printer list
     • Adjust settings and print
5. Scan with Canon PRINT App
   • Open Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY
   • Tap Scan >Place document on printer .Tap Scan
   • Save or share scanned files to your device

Setting up Guide for Android:

1. Install Canon PRINT App
   • Open Google Play Store
   • Search: Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY
   • Install the app
2. Connect Printer to Wi-Fi (If Not Done Yet)
   • Easy Wireless Connect (Recommended)
     • On your G7020 printer screen:
     • Tap Setup >Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless Connect → Yes
     • Screen shows “Processing” Printer ready for connection
   • WPS (If Router Supports)
     • Press WPS button on router when prompted during setup
3. Add Printer via Canon PRINT App
   • Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app
   • Tap Add Printer > Register Printer >Connect via Wireless Router
   • The app will guide you:
   • Select your Wi-Fi
   • Enter Wi-Fi password Printer connects to network — app detects it automatically
4. Print or Scan
   • Print documents, photos directly from your phone
   • Scan documents using your printer — save as PDF or image on Android
