Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Check each one off as you get it.

Overview

The Canon PIXMA TS203 is a compact, entry-level inkjet printer designed for users with basic printing needs and a focus on crisp text and photos. It is a simple, no-frills device that specializes in printing and does not include scanning or copying functions.

Features

Compact design: The TS203 has a small, space-saving footprint, making it ideal for home use or small office spaces where a minimal desktop presence is preferred.
High-quality printing: It utilizes Canon’s FINE (Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering) technology and a 4-color hybrid ink system to produce sharp, vivid prints. Pigmented black ink is used for crisp, dark, and smudge-resistant text.
USB connectivity: The printer connects directly to a computer via a Hi-Speed USB cable. It does not support wireless or Wi-Fi connections.
kVersatile paper handling: It supports a variety of paper types and sizes, including A4, Letter, postcards, and various glossy papers. It has a rear paper tray with a capacity of 60 sheets of plain paper or 20 postcards.
Borderless printing: The TS203 is capable of printing photos with no white margins on compatible paper types, such as 4×6″ and KG-sized photo paper.
Choice of ink cartridges: Users can choose between standard and high-capacity (XL) ink cartridges, allowing them to select an option that best fits their printing volume.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
Install the ink cartridges
Load paper into the paper tray
