The TS302 is a single-function, wireless inkjet color printer designed for home and small office use, offering easy mobile printing and copying. Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
Install the ink cartridges
Load paper into the paper tray

Setting up Guide for Windows:

Download and Install the Software
- Download Drivers and Software
- Click Setup > Enter TS302>Click Start
- Select your Windows version (it usually detects automatically)
- Download the Full Driver & Software Package
Connecting the Printer to Wi-Fi
- During software installation:
  - Choose Wireless LAN Connection
  - If the printer isn’t connected, press Home > Wi-Fi icon > LAN Settings >Wireless LAN Setup
  - Select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password
Completing Installation on Windows
- Run the downloaded setup file
- Follow instructions for detecting the printer
- Choose the connection method (Wi-Fi or USB)
- Complete the driver installation
- Print a test page to confirm setup

Printer Not Turning On
- Check power cable connection
- Try a different power outlet
- Hold power button for 3 seconds
Wi-Fi & Connectivity Issues
- Printer Not Connecting to Wi-Fi
- Run Easy Wireless Connect on printer:
- Tap Setup >Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless Connect > Yes
- Ensure correct Wi-Fi password
- Place printer near router
- Restart router and printer
Printer Disappears from Device List
- Confirm printer and device are on same Wi-Fi
- Restart both devices
- Re-add printer manually if neede
Printer Not Showing on Mac

If the Driver installation fails, you will need to check the Operating system properly. Sometimes the 32 Bit OS does not support the 64 Bit OS Driver. Though the Operating system is detected by the Canon website automatically, you will still need to be sure.

This usually happens when the WiFi settings that you are trying to connect to are either wrong or the WiFi is not working. It can Also happen if the WiFi signal Strength is not good.

It depends on the printer model, Some Canon printer models are not compatible with some operating systems like iOS, Android, and Chromebook because they do not support Wireless functionality. You can check the compatibility on the right side of this page or on the official Canon Website.

What should I check if my printer is not recognized by my computer via USB?
