Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

Carefully remove the Canon PIXMA MX532 from the box, ensuring all protective materials are removed.
Open the front cover and insert the Black and Color ink cartridges into their respective slots.
Adjust the rear paper tray and load your preferred paper size (e.g., A4 or Letter).
Plug the printer into a power source and press the power button to turn it on.

Step 3: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB

USB connection: Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your Windows PC.
1. Wi-Fi connection:Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the power light flashes.
2. Follow the setup wizard to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: Add Printer to Windows

Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select MX532.
Click Add Device to complete the setup.

Your MX532 is now ready for printing on Windows!
