Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password (For Wireless Printers)

Canon SELPHY CP900 setup on Windows

Install paper and ink cartridge according per instructions in the user manual
Connect to Wi-Fi:
- On the printer, go to Wi-Fi settings > Connect to access point
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password
Driver download links are available at the bottom of the page
- Run the setup file and follow on-screen instructions to install the necessary drivers.
- When prompted, select wireless connection as the setup option
Ensure your Windows PC is on the same Wi-Fi network as the printer
Once installation is complete, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers to confirm the printer appears
Test print a photo to verify the printer is running normally

If the Driver installation fails, you will need to check the Operating system properly. Sometimes the 32 Bit OS does not support the 64 Bit OS Driver. Though the Operating system is detected by the Canon website automatically, you will still need to be sure.

Why is my printer showing offline or failing to connect to Wi-Fi?

This usually happens when the WiFi settings that you are trying to connect to are either wrong or the WiFi is not working. It can Also happen if the WiFi signal Strength is not good.
