1. Unboxing

   Carefully unpack your Canon G620 printer and remove all the protective materials.

2. Power Connection

   Locate the power cord provided with the printer. Connect one end of the power cord to the printer’s power input port, and the other end to a nearby power outlet.

3. Ink Installation

   Open the ink cartridge compartment of the printer. Gently shake each ink cartridge to distribute the ink evenly. Remove the protective tape from each cartridge and insert them into their corresponding slots, following the color-coded labels. Push each cartridge firmly until it clicks into place.

4. Paper Loading

   Slide out the paper support tray located at the rear of the printer. Adjust the paper guides to match the width of the paper you will be using. Load a stack of paper, aligning it against the right and rear edges of the tray. Slide the paper guides snugly against the paper without bending it.

5. Power On and Initial Setup

   Press the power button on the printer to turn it on. The printer will go through an initial setup process, which may include aligning the printhead and performing a test print. Follow the instructions displayed on the printer’s control panel.

6. Wireless Connection Setup (Optional)

7. Software Installation
