Setup on Windows

Driver Installation

1. Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts.
3. Choose the connection type: Wireless Connection or USB Connection.

Wireless Connection Setup

1. Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the power lamp flashes.
2. Use the Canon installer on your Windows PC to detect the printer and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
3. Enter the Wi-Fi credentials if prompted.

USB Connection Setup

1. Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
2. The system should automatically detect the printer and complete the driver installation.

Usage

• Use the Canon software or Windows default utilities for printing and scanning tasks.

Setup on macOS

Driver Installation

2. Run the installer and follow the setup instructions.

Wireless Connection Setup

1. Use the printer’s control panel to navigate to Wireless LAN Setup and follow the on-screen steps to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
2. On your Mac, go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Add (+) and select the TS8360a from the list.

USB Connection Setup

1. Connect the printer to your Mac via a USB cable.
2. It should appear automatically in the Printers & Scanners list. If not, add it manually.

Usage

• Use built-in macOS tools like Preview or Canon software to scan and print.

Setup on iOS

Canon PRINT App

1. Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the App Store.
2. Ensure your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
3. Open the app and follow the instructions to add your TS8360a printer.

Wi-Fi Direct

1. Activate Wi-Fi Direct on the printer.
2. Connect your iOS device to the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct network.

AirPrint

1. Ensure the printer is on the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
2. From any app supporting printing, tap Share, select Print, and choose the TS8360a.

Setup on Android

Canon PRINT App

1. Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the Google Play Store.
2. Ensure your Android device is on the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
3. Open the app and follow the prompts to add your TS8360a printer.

Wi-Fi Direct

1. Enable Wi-Fi Direct on the printer through its menu.
2. Connect your Android device directly to the printer’s network.

Usage

• Use the Canon PRINT app or Android’s built-in printing options to manage tasks.

Setup on ChromeOS

Direct Printing

1. Ensure your Chromebook and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Open Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers > Add Printer.
3. Select the Canon TS8360a from the list or add it manually using its IP address.

Wi-Fi Direct

1. Activate Wi-Fi Direct on the printer.
2. Connect your Chromebook to the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct network.

Usage

• Open a document in Google Docs or Chrome, select Print, and choose the TS8360a printer.
