Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7550i – Windows (Wi fi):

1. Prepare the printer:
   • Press the ok button to enter the menu then select device settings.
   • Choose rest settings and then LAN settings only.
   • Select yes to confirm.
   • Press the ok button again to menu and select wi-fi setup.
   • Select WPS Push Button Method and  press ok.
   • Press and hold the WPS button on your router within two minutes until on the wireless router the light blinks.
   • Press the ok button on the printer to finalise the connection.
2. Download the Drivers:
   • Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
   • Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
3. Print the Test page:
   • Open a document, photo, or webpage.
   • Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7550i printer.
   • Print.

USB Setup (Wired Setup):

1. Download the Drivers:
   • Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
   • Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
2. Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
   • Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
   • Go to the settings of your PC.
   • Search for bluetooth and devices.
   • Click on Printers and Scanners.
   • From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS7550i.
3. Print the Test page:
   • Open a document, photo, or webpage.
   • Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7550i printer.
   • Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7550i – Mac (Wi-fi):

1. Download Drivers:
   • Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
   • Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.

1. Download Drivers:
   • Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
   • Once the installation is completed , run the file.
2. Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
   • Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
   • On your Mac click on the system preference option.
   • Now click on Printer and Scanners.
   • The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS7550i.
3. Print the Test page:
   • Open a document, photo, or webpage.
   • Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7550i printer.
   • Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7550i – IOS:

1. Printing with AirPrint from iOS Device:
   • Tap operation icon using your iOS device’s application.
   • Menu options appear.
2. Tap Print:
   • Select your model name from Printer on Printer Options.
3. Check Print Settings:
   • Set the number of copies to be printed and print options, as needed.
   • Click on Print. 

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7550i – Android:

1. Setting Up Canon Print Service:
   • Download Canon Print Service on Google Play Store.
   • After completing installation, enable Canon Print Service on your Android smartphone or tablet.
   • Connect your smartphone or tablet and the printer to the same network over Wi-Fi.
2. Printing Using Canon Print Service:
   • Perform operation for printing in application.
   • Select printer in application.
   • Specify number of copies, paper size, and other settings as needed.
3. Start printing:
   • Printing starts with your specified settings.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7550i – Chrome OS (Wi fi):

1. Connect Chromebook to network connection:
   • Connect chromebook to your home/office network.
   • Check that the printer and chromebook are connected to the same network.
2. Add Printer:
   • Click the Settings icon.
   • In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
   • Click Printing and then Printers.
   • Your Canon PIXMA TS7550i should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
   • Click Add.
3. Print the Test page:
   • Open a document, photo, or webpage.
   • Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7550i printer.
   • Print.
