Setting up Guide for Windows:

1. Connect the power cord and press the Power button.
   ● Install the ink cartridges and load A4 paper in the rear tray.

1. Download and Install Software
   ● Click Set Up and enter your model TS5400
   ● Select Windows as the OS and download the setup software.
2. Using Setup CD (if available)
   ● Insert the CD into your computer and follow on-screen instructions. 4.Run Setup Program
   ● Open the downloaded file.
   ● Select your region, language, and agree to license terms.
3. Choose Wireless Connection or USB Connection:
   ● Wireless: Follow prompts to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.● USB: Connect the printer to the PC via USB when prompted.
   ● Let the setup detect the printer and install drivers.
4. Complete Installation
   ● Once setup is complete, a test print or alignment may be done.
   ● You can now print, scan, and copy from your Windows computer.
5. (Optional) Install Canon PRINT App (for mobile control)
   ● Download Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY from Google Play or App Store.
   ● Connect mobile and printer via Wi-Fi.
6. You can now use the printer from:
   ● Any Windows application (Word, PDF reader, browser)
   ● Scanning via Canon IJ Scan Utility

Setting up Guide for MAC:

1. Plug in the power cable snd turn on the printer.
   ● Wait for initialization to complete.
2. Download Canon Software:
   ● Click “Setup”, enter your model TS5400, and select your region.
   ● Download the recommended software package (IJ Start Utility or Canon Inkjet Smart Connect).
3. Install Printer on Mac:
   ● Run the downloaded installer
   ● Follow on-screen instructions to install drivers and utilities.
   ● Connect the Printer
   ● Choose Wireless Connection during setup.
   ● Follow prompts to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
   ● Alternatively, you can connect via USB for a wired setup.
4. System Preferences Check
   ● Go to Apple Menu > System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
   ● Click ”+” to add a printer if it doesn’t appear automatically.
   ● Select your printer (should show as Canon TS5400 Series).
   ● Choose AirPrint or Canon-provided drivers if prompted.
   ● Click Add.
5. Print Test Page
   ● Open any document or image and try printing to confirm setup.

Setting up Guide for IOS:

1.Make sure it’s connected to your Wi-Fi network:
● Use the printer’s display panel.
● Go to Wi-Fi Setup → Easy Wireless Connect or Wireless LAN Setup.
● Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi.

2.Install Canon PRINT App on IOS
● Open the app Store.
● Search for Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY.
● Download and install the app.

3.Add Your Printer
● Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
● Accept permissions if prompted.
● Tap Add Printer → Register Printer.
● Follow the app’s instructions to detect and connect to the TS5400 Series printer.
● If needed, connect the printer using Easy Wireless Connect, where the printer creates its own Wi-Fi signal temporarily, and the app guides you through connecting both devices to the same Wi-Fi network.

4.Print from IOS
● Open the document, image, or webpage you want to print.
● Tap Share or the Print option, select Canon TS5400 Series, and print.

Setting up Guide for Android:

1.Make sure it’s connected to your Wi-Fi network:
● Use the printer’s display panel.
● Go to Wi-Fi Setup → Easy Wireless Connect or Wireless LAN Setup.
● Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi.

● Open the Google Play Store.

● Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.

4.Print from Android
● Open the document, image, or webpage you want to print.
● Tap Share or the Print option, select Canon TS5400 Series, and print.

Setting up Guide for Chromebook:

1. Turn on the printer.
   ● Ensure it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromebook.
   ● If not connected yet, follow these steps:
   ● Use the printer’s control panel.
   ● Go to Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless Connect or Wireless LAN Setup.
   ● Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi.
2. Connect the Printer to Chromebook
   ● On your Chromebook, click the time at the bottom right.
   ● Go to Settings .
   ● Scroll down and select Advanced.
   ● Under Printing, click Printers.
   ● Your Canon TS5400 Series should appear automatically if both devices are on the same Wi-Fi.
   ● Click Save to add the printer.
3. If the printer doesn’t show up automatically:
   ● Click Add Printer manually.
   ● Enter the printer’s IP address (find it from the printer display under Network settings).
4. Test the Printer
   ● Open a document or web page.
   ● Press Ctrl + P to open the print dialog.
   ● Select Canon TS5400 Series.
   ● Click Print to test.
