Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Tick each one as you get it.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

  1. Take the printer out of the box.
  2. Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
  3. Remove and discard the protective tape.
  4. Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
  5. Install the cartridges.
  6. Load paper.

Canon TS4320 setup on Windows

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4320 – Windows (wi-fi):

  1. Prepare the printer:
    • Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer’s control panel.
    • Release the Wi-Fi button when the blue Wi-Fi light begins to flash.
    • Press the WPS button on your wi-fi router.
    • Hold the WPS button on your router within 2 minutes.
    • Blue Wi-Fi light on the printer will continue to flash while searching, and then light up firmly.
    • The connection is complete.
  2. Download the Drivers:
    • Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
    • Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
  3. Print the Test page:
    • Open a document, photo, or webpage.
    • Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer.
    • Print.

USB Setup (Wired Setup):

  1. Download the Drivers:
    • Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
    • Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
  2. Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
    • Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
    • Go to the settings of your PC.
    • Search for bluetooth and devices.
    • Click on Printers and Scanners.
    • From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS4320.
  3. Print the Test page:
    • Open a document, photo, or webpage.
    • Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer.
    • Print.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Minor print issues:
    • Try to restart the printer that can resolve minor issues. 
  2. Low print quality or poor connectivity issues:
    • Outdated drivers can cause problems. Check the latest driver for your operating system. 
  3. WPS Connection (If Available):
    • Make sure your router supports the WPS.
    • Ensure your printer and router has strong signals.
    • Move your printer closer to the router for a strong connection.
  4. Printer is offline or not responding:
    • If your computer and printer aren’t communicating, try cancelling existing print jobs.
    • Try setting your Canon printer as the default printer.
    • Restart the Print Spooler service on Windows.
    • Check cables and wi-fi.
