Here is a list of steps on each devices that you have to follow to get your setup done on any device.

Windows

1. Preparation:
   • Ensure the printer is powered on and connected via Wi-Fi or USB.
2. Driver Installation:
   • Driver Download links are in the bottom of the page.
   • Run the .exe file and follow the installation instructions.
   • During the setup, select the Wi-Fi or USB connection method.

1. Preparation:
   • Confirm the printer is powered on and connected via Wi-Fi or USB.
2. Driver Installation:
   • Driver Download links are in the bottom of the page.
   • Open the downloaded .dmg file and follow the instructions to install the driver.
   • Add the printer in System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.

iOS/iPadOS

1. Preparation:
   • Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
2. Printing:
   • Use AirPrint directly from your iOS device.
   • Alternatively, download the Canon PRINT app from the App Store for enhanced features.

Android

1. Preparation:
   • Ensure the printer is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Android device.
2. Printing:
   • Download the Canon PRINT app from the Google Play Store.
   • Follow the app’s instructions to connect your printer and print documents or photos.

ChromeOS (Chromebook)

1. Preparation:
   • Confirm the printer is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromebook.
2. Printing:
   • Open Settings on your Chromebook.
   • Navigate to Advanced > Printing > Printers and add the Canon TS3465 if detected.
   • If it doesn’t auto-detect, enter the printer’s IP address (found in printer settings).
