Requirements & Prerequisite

Gather the following items before you begin setup. Check each one off as you get it.

Overview

Canon MAXIFY iB4070 is a color inkjet printer designed for huge printing needs. It supports wi-fi connectivity. It has dual resistant high density Ink and support high capacity ink tank to reduce running cost. Canon MAXIFY iB4070 comes in a very compact design and can fit easily in nay smaller space.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Carefully unpack your Canon iB4070 printer and remove all the protective materials.
Locate the power cord provided with the printer. Connect one end of the power cord to the printer’s power input port, and the other end to a nearby power outlet.
Open the paper tray located at the front of the printer. Adjust the paper guides to match the size of the paper you will be using. Load a stack of paper into the tray, making sure it is aligned properly and the guides are snug against the paper.
The Canon iB4070 printer uses individual ink cartridges. Open the ink cartridge compartment cover located on the top of the printer. Insert the ink cartridges into their respective slots, following the color-coded labels and making sure they snap into place securely.
Press the power button on the printer to turn it on. The printer will go through an initial setup process. Follow any instructions displayed on the printer’s control panel, if applicable.
