Canon PIXMA E560 setup on Windows
- Download drivers from the bottom of the page
- Open the downloaded file and run the installer
- When prompted, select “Wireless LAN connection” as the connection method
- Power on the printer
- Press the WiFi button until the power light blinks
- Press the black button, then the WiFi button again. The WiFi light will blink.
- The installer will search for the printer
Follow on screen instructions to complete the setup - Print a test page to confirm smooth operation.

- Download drivers from the bottom of the page
- Open the downloaded file and follow instructions
- When prompted, choose LAN connection for setup
- Power on the printer
- Press the WiFi button until the power button flashes
- Press the black button, then the WiFi button again. The WiFi light will blink
- The installer will detect the printer on the WiFi network
- Follow on screen instructions to complete setup
- Select E560 when prompted
- Print a test page for confirmation

Using Canon Print App
- Download Canon Print app from the App Store.
- Open the app and tap to add a new printer.
- Make sure the printer is powered on and connected to WiFi.
- The app will detect the printer automatically—select it.
Using Air Print Service
- Ensure the Canon E560 is connected to the same WiFi network as your iPhone/iPad.
- Open the file, photo, or web-page you want to print.
- Tap the Share icon and select print.
- Choose Canon E560 from the list of printers.
- Adjust print settings if needed, then tap print.
Canon PIXMA E560 setup on Android
- Turn on your printer and ensure it is in Wi-Fi setup mode
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the Power light blinks
- Press the Black button, then press the WiFi button again. The WiFi light should start blinking
- Connect your Android device to the same WiFi network
- Download the Canon PRINT app from the Google Play Store
- Open the app and tap the + icon to add a printer
- Select Register Printer > Connect via Wireless Router
- The app will search for printers—select PIXMA E560 when it appears
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup
- Print test page to confirm operation

- Turn the printer on
- Make sure it is connected to the WiFi network
- Press the WiFi button until it blinks
- Press the black button, then the WiFi button again to start setup mode
- On Chromebook, click the system tray in the bottom right corner
- Go to Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers
- Click the add printer button
- Select your E560 from the list of detected printers
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup
- Print a test page to confirm operation
