Requirements & Prerequisite

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Step 1 of 5 Take printer out

Open the box fully and lift the printer upward with support from both sides.

Carefully remove the Canon TR703 from its packaging, taking off all protective materials and tapes.
Open the front cover of the printer. Insert the ink cartridges into their designated slots until you hear a click.
Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray to fit the paper size you will be using, and then load the paper into the tray.
Plug the printer into a power outlet and press the power button to turn it on.

Setting Up Canon TR703 on Windows

Step 1: Install Printer Drivers

Download the latest Windows drivers and run the setup file.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB

USB connection: Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
Wi-Fi connection:
1. Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
2. Follow the instructions in the setup utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: Add Printer to Windows

Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
Click Add a Printer or Scanner, then select Canon TR703.
Click Add Device to complete the setup.

Your Canon TR703 is now ready for printing on Windows!
