Type in your Product Model in TS3500 format do not leave any spaces between. The format should be TS3500 not TS 3500. With printers that have "-" in-between use GP-300 and not GP 300. Alternatively you can simply type the number without the letters e.g: 3000 and select the model with the correct prefix.
