Overview

Canon MAXIFY MB5420 is a wireless all-in-one inkjet printer designed for small offices and busy workgroups. It offers print, scan, copy, and fax capabilities, along with features like duplex printing and scanning, a 50-sheet automatic document feeder, and a 3.5-inch color touchscreen. It’s built for high-volume printing, with a monthly duty cycle of 30,000 pages and a large paper capacity.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
Install the ink cartridges
Load paper into the paper tray
