GM4030 Setup Guide

Overview

Canon GM4030 is a monochrome ink tank printer that comes with a refillable ink system which delivers cost effective printing. It is ideal for home use and students as it offers high volume printing at a low cost. Canon GM4030 is a part of Canon’s MegaTank ink system which reduces the cost per page compared to traditional cartridge-based models. It can yield up to 6,000 pages per full ink bottle.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

  1. Take the printer out of the box.
  2. Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
  3. Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
  4. Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
  5. Install the toner cartridges.
  6. Load paper into the paper trays.
