Canon TZ-32000 setup on Windows
- Step 1: Unboxing and Initial Setup
- Unbox the Printer: Carefully remove the Canon TZ-32000 from its packaging, ensuring to remove all protective materials.
- Install Ink Cartridges: Open the printer cover and insert the ink cartridges into their designated slots until they click securely.
- Load Media: Adjust the media guides and load your preferred media type into the front tray.
- Power On the Printer: Plug the power cord into an outlet and press the power button to turn on the printer.
- Step 2: Installing the Printer Driver

- Run the Installer: Open the downloaded setup file and follow the prompts to install the driver.
- Select Connection Type: During installation, choose your preferred connection method (USB or Wi-Fi).
- Step 3: Connecting the Printer
- USB Setup: For a USB connection, connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable when prompted during installation.
- Wi-Fi Setup: For a wireless connection, press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi indicator starts blinking. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Confirm Connection: Ensure your computer or mobile device recognizes the printer.
- Step 4: Testing the Printer
- Print a Test Page: After setup, print a test page to confirm the printer is functioning correctly.
- Mobile Printing: Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app on your mobile device for easy wireless printing.
- Step 5: Additional Configurations
- Cloud Printing: Activate features like Google Cloud Print or Apple AirPrint for printing from cloud storage or mobile devices.
- Quality Settings: Adjust print quality settings in the driver to meet your specific printing needs.
