Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Driver Installation

- Download the latest driver compatible with your version of Windows.
- Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- On the printer, go to Menu > Settings > LAN Settings > Wireless LAN Setup.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- During driver installation, select Wireless Connection to complete the setup.
- USB Connection:
- Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
- Windows will detect and install the printer automatically.

Driver Installation

- Run the installer, then navigate to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button and select your printer from the list, or add it via its IP address if not listed.
Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- Use the printer’s Wireless LAN Setup menu to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure your Mac is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- USB Connection:
- Connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable.
- It should automatically appear in the printer list.
