Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Remove the Canon PIXMA TS9570 from its packaging and carefully discard all protective materials.
- Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges into their corresponding slots until they click into place.
- Adjust the paper tray and load your preferred paper size (e.g., A4, A3).
- Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into a power outlet. Press the power button to turn it on.

Canon TS9570 setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS9570 – Windows (Wi fi):
- Prepare the printer:
- Connect your pc to wi-fi.
- Tap the link icon on the printer’s home screen.
- Tap on yes to confirm.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS9570 printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS9570.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS9570 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS9570 – Mac (Wi fi):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.
- Prepare the Printer:
- Connect your Mac to wi-fi.
- Tap the link icon on the printer’s home screen.
- Tap on yes to confirm.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS9570 printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS9570.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS9570 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS9570 – IOS:
- Download the Canon print inkjet/SELPHY app:
- Open the app store and download the app.
- Install the app.
- Connect your Wi-fi:
- Choose your printer from the available list.
- Select it.
- Connect the app:
- Open the downloaded Canon print app.
- Tap yes.
- Select your wi-fi router and enter the password.
- Check Print Settings:
- Set the number of copies to be printed and print options, as needed.
- Click on Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS9570 – Android:
- Download the Canon print inkjet/SELPHY app:
- Open the play store and download the app.
- Install the app.
- Connect your Wi-fi:
- Turn on the wi-fi on your android device.
- Choose your printer from the available list.
- Select it.
- Open the app:
- Read the licence agreement and tap on agree.
- Read the information in the extended survey and tap on agreement.
- Tap yes, if a notification asks to perform printer setup.
- Setup your wi-fi for the printer by tapping ok.
- Tap yes and enter the password.
- Start printing:
- Printing starts with your specified settings.
Canon TS9570 setup on Chromebook
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS9570 – Chrome OS (Wi fi):
- Connect Chromebook to network connection:
- Connect chromebook to your home/office network.
- Check that the printer and chrome book are connected to the same network.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS9570 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS9570 printer.
- Print.
Troubleshooting Steps
- The Machine Cannot Be Powered On:
- Press the ON button.
- Make sure that the power plug is securely plugged into the power cord connector of the machine, then turn it back on.
- Make sure that the USB cable is securely plugged in.
- Unplug the machine from the power supply, then plug the machine back in and turn the machine back on after leaving it for at least 2 minutes.
- If you are printing from the computer and there are unnecessary print jobs, delete them.
- Make sure of the following when you load paper:
- When loading two or more sheets of paper, align the edges of the sheets before loading.
- Make sure that the paper stack does not exceed the paper load limit.
- Always load the paper in portrait orientation, regardless of the printing orientation.
- Load the paper with the print side facing up.
- Check to see if the paper you are printing on is not too thick or curled.
- Confirm that the media type and the paper size settings correspond with the loaded paper.
- Make sure that there are not any foreign objects in the rear tray.
- Check Cartridges:
- When a FINE cartridge runs out of ink, replace it with a new one.
- Is the FINE cartridge installed properly?
- If the FINE cartridge is not installed securely, ink may not be ejected correctly.
- Retract the output tray extension and the paper output tray, open the cover, then remove the FINE cartridges, Then install the FINE cartridges again. Push the FINE cartridge until it clicks into place.
- Perform the Print Head Deep Cleaning.
- Paper Jams:
- When paper is jammed, the Alarm lamp flashes and a troubleshooting message is displayed on the computer screen automatically.
- Take the papers out and arrange them in a proper way.
