Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Canon TS8352 setup on Windows
- Driver Installation:
- Driver Download links are in the bottom of the page.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Connection Setup:
- Use the printer’s touchscreen to connect to your Wi-Fi network or connect via USB.
- Ensure the printer and your computer are on the same network.
- Using the Printer:
- For printing, select File > Print in your application and choose the TS8352.
- For scanning, use Canon IJ Scan Utility or Windows Fax and Scan.

- Driver Installation:
- Driver Download links are in the bottom of the page.
- Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Add (+).
- If the TS8352 is listed, select it. Otherwise, download the driver from Canon’s website and install it.
- Connection Setup:
- On the printer’s control panel, connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- For USB, connect the printer directly to your Mac.
- Using the Printer:
- Use Print from the print dialog in applications.
- For scanning, use Image Capture or the Canon IJ Scan Utility.
Canon TS8352 setup on iPhone & iPad
- AirPrint Setup:
- Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
- Open the document or photo, tap Share > Print, and choose the TS8352.
- Canon PRINT App:
- Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the App Store.
- Use the app to print documents and photos or scan directly to your device.
- Wi-Fi Direct:
- If no Wi-Fi network is available, connect your iOS device to the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct signal.
Canon TS8352 setup on Android
- Canon PRINT App:
- Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the Google Play Store.
- Use the app to set up the printer on Wi-Fi and manage printing and scanning tasks.
- Wi-Fi Direct (if no network):
- Use the printer’s control panel to activate Wi-Fi Direct.
- Connect your Android device directly to the printer’s signal.
- Printing:
- Open the Canon PRINT app or use Android’s built-in Print feature (accessible via Settings > Connected devices > Printing).
Canon TS8352 setup on Chromebook
- Direct Printing:
- Connect your printer to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromebook.
- On your Chromebook, go to Settings > Advanced > Printers > Add Printer.
- Select the TS8352 from the list of available devices.
- Wi-Fi Direct:
- Use Wi-Fi Direct to connect your Chromebook to the printer if no network is available.
- Printing:
- Open a file in Chrome or Google Docs and select Print.
- Choose the TS8352 from the list of printers.
Troubleshooting Steps
- If the printer isn’t detected, ensure it’s powered on, connected to Wi-Fi, and visible on your network.
- Restart the printer and the connected device if issues persist.
